Sockeye salmon
Our sockeye salmon is wild caught in the waters adjacent to the USA and Canada. They are caught using gill nets as they return from the ocean to fresh water in order to mate. Sockeye salmon is distinctively different from Norwegian salmon and is much leaner and has a darker colour.
