John Dory
Regardless of its appearance, the John dory is a very tasty fish, originating from the African west coast. It is also native to the Mediterranean and sometimes wanders into the colder waters of the North sea. For many years this fish is beloved by chefs worldwide, its meat is described to be delicate and sweet and has a white colour.
